Megan's real estate career began with what she later recognized as "house hacking," during which she gained invaluable hands-on experience in property rehabilitation, remodels, and compliance with building codes. She expanded her efforts by flipping homes beyond her primary residence, eventually transitioning into rental properties and short-term vacation rentals. Megan has a wealth of experience managing large portfolios, overseeing renovation projects, and executing various investment strategies, including BRRRR, flipping, rentals, and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.

In addition to her professional experience, Megan has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and completed undergraduate studies in interior design planning.
